It is in this old building from the early 1900s, once occupied by a stableman, that we chose to set up our kitchens and our ideas. We wanted to preserve the soul of the place while adding a contemporary touch, punctuated with details that pay homage to the stableman's profession. And when the sun is shining, our terrace invites you to enjoy a special moment outdoors. After more than 13 years working in renowned French restaurants, our Chef, Yoann Le Baron, has decided to settle near Lorient to share his passion for bistronomic cuisine with you: authentic, seasonal cuisine that tells a story with every dish. A dedicated person will assist you in organizing your event with ease, while our homemade cuisine adds a gourmet touch to your working time.
